BIG NEWS: My assistant, Miranda Hanley, and I have moved to RE/MAX where I am the Managing Broker for the Keystone office. I am still pursuing my real estate sales business throughout Summit County. I am thrilled to be working with the number one real estate company in the United States and excited about all the beautiful marketing tools I will now have at my finger tips. Some other compelling reasons for me to make the change to RE/MAX is their international presence in 84 countries with greatly increases our marketing power. Interestingly enough, 70% of the sales in Summit County last year were buyers from the Denver, Boulder, Colorado Springs, Ft Collins, Front Range area. Because there are thousands of RE/MAX brokers in those areas, I will be able to create effective referral networks through those brokers. I’ll continue to make presentations to brokerages throughout the Front Range about Summit County real estate.
